Say NO to diets!

Rid your vocabulary of the word DIET!
Weight loss is not about a beginning & an end, its about long term dedication & commitment.

Relax, its not like your only going to be eating celery sticks & carrots for the rest of your life, but yes you will need to make a few changes if you are serious about getting the body you want.

It's really quite funny to listen to people who complain about their weight, going on about how they wish they could lose a few kilo's... Well then why are you sitting around and doing nothing about it?

There are so many resources available to us these days, some people are just too lazy to put the effort into it.
It's not going to help you in the long run if you just pop a 'fat block' pill before you eat your double cheese burger & large fries... YOU HAVE TO GET INVOLVED!

Nutrition plays a very important role when it comes to losing weight & keeping it off...
It's not only about counting your calories, but making sure your body gets the right balance of all the essential components.
